Years ago, while managing a speech therapy company and setting up for our annual event, I had a sudden glimpse at my future self standing on a stage and speaking to thousands of people.
At the time, I had no idea what to do with that vision or why it came to me.
Shortly after, I transitioned into the corporate tech world, facilitating high-stakes process improvement workshops for our company’s largest IT initiatives. I excelled at the work, earning a promotion to a senior role within my first two years. Yet, the vision of the stage kept returning.
The turning point came when I was invited to deliver the company's first major hybrid corporate talk post-COVID. Standing in that room, the puzzle pieces clicked. I knew right then that leaving my stable 9-to-5 to become an entrepreneur wasn't just a choice - it was my calling.

In 2024, I sold my house, put everything I owned into storage, and booked a one-way ticket to Costa Rica. I recognized a fundamental truth: I hadn’t yet met the version of myself required to lead a global business. To build something massive, I had to face my shadows first.
I chose to look directly at the fragments of my past - the pain, the betrayals, the suppressed anger, and my deepest fears. I traveled the world from Bali to Dubai to Portugal, uncovering hidden blocks and integrating the pieces of myself that felt separate. I broke generational patterns, healed inner wounds, and allowed the painful lessons to shape me.

I realized my vision isn’t just about me speaking on stage. It is about reconnecting founders to their higher purpose so they can confidently advocate for their business and drive exponential growth.
Today, I am the founder of Your Signature Talk®, Speaker Connect™, and POVGlobal™. Each system within a bigger ecosystem serving a unique purpose.
Looking back, the stage was never the destination.
It was simply where the assignment began.

Robyn Riedlinger is a global speaker and entrepreneur known for helping founders transform their expertise into influence through aligned, values-driven communication. Her mission is to help people find, refine, and amplify their voice so they can lead with purpose, authority, and integrity.
With a background in industrial and organizational psychology, business leadership, and public speaking, Robyn spent more than a decade in corporate operations before becoming a speaker and entrepreneur. She holds a degree in Business and Project Management and is Lean Six Sigma certified. She blends the psychology of change and behavior, the art of storytelling, and the strategy of revenue-driven speaking to help founders understand not only what to say, but who they must become to speak with conviction and influence. Her Stage Confidence™ framework helps founders build the confidence and clarity to communicate powerfully when preparation meets opportunity.
Robyn is the founder and creator of Your Signature Talk®, a high-ticket brand framework that empowers speakers to craft high-converting talks rooted in clarity, confidence, and integrity. She is also the founder of Speaker Connect™, a membership platform designed to help speakers land global stages without relying on an expensive PR agency.
Her annual stage, Power of Voice, now branded POVGlobal™, has been held in Charlotte, NC (2023), Las Vegas, NV (2024), and Miami, FL (2025), giving speakers the opportunity to deliver their signature talks to live audiences.
She is a speaker for The Forum by Forbes Travel Guide and has spoken on stages across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, including Regulating the Game in Sydney. She has also coached speakers for international TED stages and delivers keynotes and workshops for organizations worldwide, both in person and virtually.
